I have a 6 month old Amerucana chicken who is suddenly limping. I checked her foot for an abscess and there is no sore, no broken bones, no dislocated bones, no mites, no swelling or redness. She holds the foot up and hops around on the other foot and sits a lot. Is there such a thing as a nerve injury? One site said to give 1/2 a baby aspirin for pain, is that okay? What else could it be?

Welcome to BYC. It sounds like a possible sprain. I would pen her in a cage with food and water inside the coop or run where she can be among other chickens. This will force her to rest the leg. My speckled sussex hen hopped around for a month with a sprain, before I knew to force rest. You can use a baby aspirin twice a day, but some would rather not medicate in order to keep the chicken off the bad leg for a week or two. Some BComplex vitamins in the water may help.
