Limping chicken

This morning one of my 10 week old chickens has a bad limp and can barely walk. She seems alert and fine otherwise. Can someone help me to work out whether this is disease or whether is a broken bone. I will try and upload a video

When she stands up she often falls straight over

Can you look for a bumblefoot scab on the footpad, or any redness, swelling, cuts, or green bruising on the leg. Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? Do you have any roosters or cockerels who might have jumped on her?
