My chick is suddenly limping with her foot turned in. She can barely walk because she is stepping on her own foot. She is eating organic chick feed, probiotics in water. I've isolated her so that she gets rest.
How do i help her? Do i splint this?
(Thanks in advance!!)
I have a video...trying to figure out how to post.

To post a video, you have to upload it to youtube first. Is it possible your chick fell? Not sure how this would happen. Try getting your hands on "rooster booster" it has vitamins in it and can be beneficial for your chick.

That looks like a leg bone deformity called varus deformity which causes the leg to bow out at the hock joint. It can occur in one or both legs, and there is no treatment. It can get worse as they grow and you may not have seen it earlier. Many chickens may get along okay with the deformity in a small flock as long as they can reach food and water. The danger is if the hock tendon ruptures, and then they might be lame. Here is some reading about it:

The chicken below has varus deformity in both hocks:

The chicken below here has valgus deformity, the bowing in or knock kneed appearance if it occurs in both legs:
