limping chicken

yesterday RIR started limping on 1 foot, today having problems with both. I don't see swelling, black spots or bubbles. Her feet are hot, but it is 97 here today. Any suggestions for me. These are 5 yr olds chicks and I am at a loss.

do they have grass to walk on? is it just when she is outside? Im thinking hot ground is too much?
