Limping chicken

One of my RIRs has developed a strange walk - she looks like John Cleese doing his funny walks on Monty Python. Doesn't seem to want to put one foot down. We examined her feet and legs and find no swelling, scabs, growths, redness. She doesn't seem in pain when the leg is touched or manipulated. The other 4 hens are isolating her but not attacking. She is eating; don't know if she lays (she's 5 yrs old and it's been a long dark winter - I think only the younger hens are laying these days). We have never wormed. She eats layer pellets with various additions - milk, left-over veggies, kelp meal.

* 5 yrs old? Maybe she's starting to get some arthritis in it-- does she she some better later in the day after it warms up??

Nope, she walks like this all the time.
