Welcome to BYC.

Yes, that is Bumble. Are you familiar with what Bumbefoot treatment looks like?
I just somewhat learned about bumblefoot. I was trying to research and look up today and that’s what I got. I watched. Video to extract it at home. Trying to figure out what I can do without having to go to the vet. Any help, videos, tips would be great.

Different people have different ways of dealing with Bumblefoot, so I'll just explain what the two most common methods seem to be as of now.

One way, is to soak the core in Epsom Saltwater for twenty minutes a day, until the core is loose enough to the point where it can excavate easily with the use of a scalpel. There are many videos online showing how to take out a core. Once the core, is out you can pack the remaining hole with an antibacterial ointment like Neosporin, and bandage the foot, changing it every few days to check how the healing process is going.

If you don't bandage, or take the bandage off too soon, you will just have to deal with another infection. An alternative way, is to scrub the core well with an antiseptic, and slather an antibacterial ointment onto the core, place gauze, and bandage. After a few days, the core will be loose enough that it can be taken out.

Thank you for the advice really appreciate it. I’m going to get some antibacterial stuff today and start soaking foot. Would you recommend me take long her out of coop and keeping her alone somewhere else (I was thinking isolating her in our large dog crate)?
