I was just looking out my window when I noticed our 15 week old EE was limping. She won't put any weight on her left foot (or when she does, and limps around). I tried to pick her up and check it out, but she was not cooperative and I didn't want to irritate her further. I can't see any visible injury on the top or bottom of the foot, it looks clean and healthy. And it doesn't appear to be bent in an odd way or anything. Should I just wait it out? She is with five other thriving chickens. She's a tiny bit smaller than the rest, but I've never witnessed pecking.

personally I would just go ahead and try to look her over really well... it is only stressful for a minute and could result in some long term benefit. I'd keep a super close eye for any aggression from the others.
Otherwise, there really isn't much to go on, so you could just watch for improvement ?

Good luck with her!
