Limping hen :\ Help!

Hi everyone. I went outside this morning and noticed my hen is limping. No bumblefoot. One foot is a normal color and warm. The other foot is red and cold. What should I do? I was thinking (so far) I should soak her foot in some warm water, maybe that would help. Thanks

Well if your going to soak it put some Epsom salt in there as well. Are her joints swollen??

Okay, I'm confused. I have been watching her and she is always standing on the red and cold foot and keeping her normal colored warm foot up and/or in her feathers. Could this be why her left foot it red and cold? So confused! She's limping pretty bad. I'm trying to keep her from walking so it doesn't get worse.

I have checked for leg mites, none. I will post a picture when I get home.
