Limping Hen

My hen has a pretty bad limp. Her foot pad is swollen and her leg is also swollen. She has always had a slight limp and had slight swelling in her foot pad, but now it is really bad. She is still eating and drinking, but having a hard time getting around. I don't see anything indicating bumble foot. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

Do you have any pictures? There are bacterial forms of arthritis such as mycoplasma synovitis, staphylococcal, and E.coli infection. Viruses can also cause arthritis. Strong antibiotics such as Baytril (enrofloxacin) may treat staph and E.coli, and Tylan and tetracycline may treat MS. A vet could be of help with diagnosis and treatment. Thank you so much for your response! Is this contagious to my flock? I have some oxytetracyline. Should I treat the whole flock? The rest of the flock seems fine.
