It's been about 10 days. We noticed my year old hen limping around the yard. I thought maybe she got it caught and sprained it. It have separated her, soaked her 3 times a day. She

isint eating so I got some meal worms and she will eat those( protein). I right it was bumblefoot because her foot and leg are swollen and hot( I thought infection ).I saw 1 spot by her toe nail and I removed it but no pus. She seems happier when I take her out with the others but they are picking on her. What should I do.

Is there any way you could get an X-ray to rule out a fracture? Sprains are common, but if she has a fracture, it might be splinted. I would limit her activity inside a dog crate with food and water. Keep her with the flock in her crate if possible to remain part of the flock, and make reintegration easier.

So a spot finally came up on top of her foot. I've drained the pus, still soaking it and wrapping it. She is on antibiotic, and She is doing a lot better.
