limping...?

so about 3 days ago my rooster started limping. I checked for injury and couldnt find anything visable so I figured well maybe its just a sprain...Well then yesterday I noticed one of my call ducks limping..Now today my Rouen drake is limping..Again no visable injurys on any of them. Any ideas on what it could be? Or anything I could do diffrent or to help them? Thanks in advance!!!

I am just now studying up on diseases, had my first brush with cocci yesterday - so I am no expert but I did notice that limping is a first sign for Mareks disease. Of course could be a million other things too, but thought I would mention it so you can read up on it.
