Also you can see my chicks with the different wing colors, some cream color, some red...
Someone had mentioned before "sex link". Can anyone tell me if this applies to my chicks?

Also, how soon will I be able to tell who are boys, and who are girls?

THANKS!

They are so cute.
I have RIR that have the lighter colored wings too but I have yet to find out if that means anything. I have heard their wing feathers as far as how they grow out, straight versus "feathered" out is a way to tell but I am not for sure if that is true or which is which in telling by that way.

Not sure if this applys to chickens but I worked in a pet store for years and we always had to warn people about feeding mealworms to birds in paticular. Birds who store food in their crawl run the risk of having these eat there way back out because the crawl is thin.
