I have used linolium in my chicken coop and I have not had any problems with my chickens. It makes it all easy to clean and it was easy to put in. I just went to some local flooring stores and asked if they had any scraps and was able to to the hole floor in a multitude of different colors c: (oh and I have a coop that is a 10 X 12). I just nailed it down and i haven't had any problems hope this helps !!!
