Liquid bandage

I have a roo with bumble foot. I soaked it in epsom salt. Was able to peel back scab and remove the corn. Cleaned it with iodine, applied TAO, applied a non-adhesive gauze and used a vet tape to secure. That was hard even with help. Question is can I use a liquid bandage instead?

I would think it would rub off. Mostly I've seen where people cut up strips of vet wrap to cover the gauze. Some people even use duct tape--the idea is just to keep the dirt out.

I have him in a old rabbit hutch,on a towel.

I wouldn't think that you would have to keep him in there unless he is hard to catch.
