Has anyone ever used the liquid calcium for their birds? I wonder if its better than offering them cuttlefish bone or oyster shell. I noticed a bird supply store has this liquid calcium, I was tempted to buy it but wasn't sure if its good enough for Quails. It does seem better since you add the liquid calcium in the birds waterer, easier for them to get a steady supply of calcium for breeding season.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
Thank You

One thing though is that the males will drink the calcium when they don't need it, and it may actually harm them. I would suggest just using the oyster shell or cuttlefish bone, so the females can pick out the amount of calcium they need.
