Liquid-filled bump on duck's bill?

My duck has a bump on her bill. I noticed it two days ago, and hoped it would figure itself out, but it has not.

When I touch it, she squirms and it feels like it is filled with liquid. She is acting like she normally does: running around, eating, drinking, still swimming, ect. She feels the same weight if not heavier than my other female.

Is there anything I can do, or should do to help her? Thanks in advance!

That’s happened to my duck but it looked a little more like a cut on her. I just sprayed vetericyn on it and put Neosporin on it. The scab fell off and healed. My duck is totally fine now
