I'm sorry, very new at chickens, getting my first chicks next week, what are EE's??

Easter Eggers. They are mutts that have ameraucana or araucana some where back in their ancestory. A lot of hatcheries try to pawn them off as "americanas" (really ameraucanas).

named Trouble first and she got her name cause she was always getting into trouble and named the other three things that fit so there was a bit of a theme.

Turkey got her name cause even when she was a little fuzzbutt chick shes always been bigger and heavier then the others



my pair of button quail are named Sage(roo) and Thyme(hen)...their 4 new chicks will have spice or herb names as well

I have four Ameraucanas named after Carthaginian generals:
Hasdrubal
Hamilcar
Hannibal
Mago
Jugurtha (not a Carthaginian, but a same-era-king of Numidia)
And one more Ameraucana named Scipio Africanus (Roman general who destroyed Carthage, naturally)

Also, six older girls:
Arthur (Barred Rock, and yes a lady)
Barbie (Barred Rock)
Penelope (2 Golden-laced Wyandottes that share a name, I can't tell them apart

)
Socrates (Blue Cochin)
Nicole Brown Simpson (Buff Orpington ... my hubby named that one)

Big Red (Red Sex Link) mostly cinnamon colored with some buff
Scary (Cuckoo Marans) Largest chick but skittish around people
Peanut (Cuckoo Marans) Tiniest chick at 1 month old (she was still a fluff ball when all the others were completely feathered out and at least twice her size)

Extra Crispy (AKA "Crispy") - EE......We could never decide whether we liked Extra Crispy or Original Recipe better!
