Listless 4 week old pekin ducking

Hi! We have a sick 4 week old Pekin Duck. Wings down, trouble keeping it's head up in water and not interested in eating or drinking. Breathing seems normal. No discharge from eyes or nostrils but it has diarrhea. Please help. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I don't want to have a crying 14 year old boy on my hands. He changes the bedding in it's cage three times or more a day along with changing food and water.

Dumor chick feed 20%. This is the same feed that I am giving to it's two duckling pals and my 12 chicks, all of which are doing great.

possibly an iron or vitamin deficency, i would get some vitamins like niacine and vitamin a in him and maybe try to find so iron vitamins for poultry at your local feed store

Is there a brand or type that you recommend? I am in Maryland so the stores are limited. I am close to a TSC and a Southern States.
