Listless chicken

I live in North Texas and have a rooster about 4 months old whise wings started dropping and he just wants to sleep. Seems weak. I brought him in the house si he can be warm and hopefully recuperate.what might be his problem?

Does he have poo on his bottom? Give him Vinegar and water, about 1/3 of vinegar in 1 cup of water, or however much he likes. Is his poo foamy? gasping?head/neck stretching?
