Listless girl

This morning when we went to let our chickens out, a year-old black star hen didn't come out of the coop with the others. She was standing in the coop, very listless. We brought her out, and she took a drink of water and then went back in the coop. She's now inside the house in a cage. I gave her a bit of yogurt and sunflower seeds to tempt her to eat something, and she did eat a few bites of yogurt. Still standing up, still very listless. Not lying down.

Any ideas? Could she be egg bound? What can I do to help her?

Update: Sour crop, not egg bound.
