She stated it's very hot and very dry where she lives, her hen is drinking alot of water. It's normal for birds to drink alot of water when it's very hot, hence watery feces. Watery feces or green feces can also be a sign or worms (as well as other problems.)
It wouldnt hurt to worm ALL the birds. I would use valbazen since it would be first time worming.
