She could have a simple crop issue or something else, and the crop issues is secondary.

How sick is she? Is she eating or drinking anything? Or just sitting down completely exhausted looking? If she is still alert and fairly well other than the crop issue, she probably has a sour crop. She will need to be vomited now and each morning, given nothing but damp layer feed and meds to help with the sour crop. (you can pm me for more details on how to cure sour crop)

If she is not eating or drinking, she may be at the end of her life. Many times the crop issue is a symptom of the dying process. In which case you can only keep her comfortable and under a heat lamp in her remaining hours/days.

Well I came back out to find her kind of laying on her side. Picked her up, she started to leak that fluid from her beak. All of the sudden she threw her head around and died. So I am beginning to think it has to do with where they came from. I bought chicks last spring from purely poultry, I ordered 14 various chicks and I am down to 5 left. They have all died suddenly out of nowhere. Makes you wonder.
