listless--???--PLEASE HELP!!!

His poop is normal. Comb is still bright red and viberant. Feeding boiling egg now...but we have to hold it up to his beak...he is SO weak. We're going to try to call the avian vet today....

I think I am dealing with a geriatric patient here.

Just got off the phone with the vet. She said it sounds like cancer...we have an appointment on Sat at 10:30. wish us luck that it is not that serious...

Just got a PM from dixiechick. Elvis passed this morning. The vet said she thought it was botulism and treated him but he passed on the way home from the vet with dixiechick and her kids by his side.

RIP, Elvis. You had the BEST life a rooster could possibly want and many who loved you!
