My around 16 week old jersey giant pullet has been listless for the last couple of days. She is able to eat and drink but we isolated her and have started her on vitamin b12 added to her water. Her eyes are clear, she can walk, just listless. Is this what I should have done and does anyone else have other suggestions? Im fairly new to chicken keeping so advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I would feel of her crop first thing in the morning when it should be mostly empty. If it is full and firm or puffy like a balloon, she may have a crop problem. Poultry vitamins including thiamine and other B vitamins and electrolytes would be good to use. Poultry NutriDrench 2-3 ml daily is good. Look her over for lice or mites on her skin around her vent and under her wings and neck. Offer her some wet chicken feed with a lot of water and some chopped egg, tuna, or liver. Note what her droppings are like, especially diarrhea and color.

What is her crop..don't laugh...I'm new to chicken keeping!☺️

We all are learning. It is the area in her right upper chest where food and water goes after eating and drinking. Then it moves on to the gizzard and intestines for digestion. Here is a diagram:
