I have a 4 year old silkie hen that can't walk anymore. She just sits on her haunches. I have had her separated from the flock for the past week and have been giving her Vit. B12, Poultry Cell, Powdered Calcium, and boiled egg. When I pick her up she flaps her wings and moves her legs but when I set her down she resumes haunch sitting. She is eating good and seems alert. Is there anything else I should be trying to do for her? (Note: I had another hen do the same thing a couple of months ago, but sadly she passed.)

I will note I added 6 new pullets to the flock a month ago but they have been quarantined from the others and they all seem to be healthy.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Does her lower belly under the vent feel enlarged, firm or like water inside? Does she lay eggs anymore? How does her crop feel first thing in the morning before eating? Did the new pullets come from a breeder? Were they vaccinated for Mareks? Things that can lead to lameness are B2 riboflavin deficiency, salpingitis or infection pressing on the sciatic nerves, leg, back or spinal injury, or Mareks. A chicken sling might help get her upright and help with feeding and hygiene. Here are some samples and a design on the first few pages of this thread:
