Little Ancona Chook

I have a roughly sixteen-week old Ancona chick that looks like this. I'm a little worried, it seems a little small, even if it is an Ancona. It's about 11 centimetres tall in the picture. Should I be worried? Is it failure to thrive? Or am I just overreacting?

looks like a girl to me yes, but post more pictures I can’t zoom in much on that one.
