Little brown mushrooms

I know they are poisonous to people and dogs. Are they poisonous to chicks? My chick and I spotted one today at the same time while she was free ranging.....but she was faster.

For the most part, if it's not good for us humans, it's not going to be good for the chickens. Mushrooms come in a wide variety of toxicity...from edible/delicious to headache/stomach ache to serious illness to death. It would be difficult to know just how poisonous your little brown mushrooms are without proper identification of the exact kind. Perhaps a call to a local vet might have suggestion as to how to treat your chicken. Best wishes!
