Hey everyone!

I have a small Buff Orpington chick (all chicks are 7 weeks) that is pecking everyone else very agressively. She's also the one who I have mentioned in previous posts that does not developmentally quite look 7 weeks old. This chick is hardly gaining weight and I never see her eat. I really only see her drink water. But she's bullying the crap out of everyone else. Honestly, I'm not quite sure what to do! I'm brand new to the whole chicken party 😂 🎉! Should I separate her and give her her own special food (suppliment) to make her grow more? I hate the idea of separation, but I guess I gotta do what I gotta do! Any advice and suggestions welcome! Thanks y'all 🤠

Lol! Chickens explore their world with their mouths. they love pecking!

Some chickens are naturally smaller than others. If you notice she's not getting the chance to eat, you can add another feeder into their coop so they aren't bullying each other off the food.

or you can seperate her for a bit so she can eat on her own.

Describe this more.

How big is their brooder?
Dimensions and pics might help.

Is her crop ever full?
I would not separate her.
Brooder is 21 inches by 62. G weighs 3.4 oz today (4/3/21). Tiny S weighs 3.2oz today. BB weighs 7.2oz. H weighs 6.9 oz today. GS weighs 7.9 oz today. Below are the pictures of the bird she has been picking on a lot lately (the Australorp aka BB)

The additional feeder sounds like a wonderful idea! Thank you!! 💕
