Little bump on my goats nose

Hi so my goat has this little bump on her nose that appeared about 1 1/2 weeks ago and ive been keeping and eye on it, shes eating and drinking normally but i wanted to see if anyone knew what it might be and if their is any treatments for her?

Looks like some kind of tumor to me. I would definitely have a vet come to see it. Maybe even have a biopsy taken.
