Little chick barely moving

We got this little chick just today, he looked half dead with the others so we got him. He'll barely move and won't eat, I practically had to force him to drink just a little but of water. How can I make him eat and get him well again? This is the first chick I've had in years. Help!!

your doing everything right! i would try and force down some electrolyte water and hope that helps. good luck!!
