I have a little Blue Laced Red Wayndotte that I am worried about. Last week my other little guy of the same breed died without symptoms, so maybe I am over thinking about this one. She is smaller that the other chick of the same age and her breed is bigger in general but maybe that doesnt matter yet. I separated her to analyze her poop and she didnt mind at all, which I thought was odd. Everytime I peer in their brooder she is laying down. Her poops are fine but they are tiny, about a third the size of everyone elses poop. In the smaller brooder she cozies up right under the light and makes some small tiny peeps every now and then but not the protest the other birds put up. My main question is should I leave her in the small brooder alone, I am worried that I will stress her and that she would be more likely to pass away because she is alone. But she seems to eat more- I think that because her poops increased in size a little while she was in there. Am I overthinking this?
