That is a bit cheaper, wonder how they can sell them for so much less than other places? We may end up going to one of those, but I dought it. We have a friend that raised chicks for a while and now they want to get rid of ALL their stuff, so I may be getting all of it from them. Not sure what kind of bator they have, but I know it was purchased on-line. Just waiting to hear back from them.

I think shipping is only $10 as well everything I have read so far says HB isd better then LG ,my Hb has done really well this past year I have been looking for a LG locally so I could see for myself. I do not believe brand of bator matters as much as operator style and technique

a computer fan is cheap and easy and helps big time. ive had a few differant bators and i really like the LG in 15 years only had one die on me from a power surge now i use surge protectors

Strangely, no... lol I'm not sure what kind of incubator he has, but he keeps it on his wide open porch!
He probably doesn't have a very good success rate this time of year. All his chickens (and he has a lot lol) came from eggs he hatched though.
Probably hatched them during the Summer. I'll definitely keep mine in my warmest room, when I get one! lol
