mine is in my bed room along with the 2 week olds i hatched last time. going outside soon to the teenage coop (no worried its in the barn and still has a heat lamp) and my 2 months olds are going to the young adult coop (semi-outside no lamp) and then they will go into my coop with my big chickies.
i have no problems with temp since my bedroom stays pretty constant i have no fan and it seems to do good. i got about a 75% hatch rate (i messed with the bator alot and learned my lesson LEAVE IT ALONE)
i have eggs due to hatch on the 21st!! so far it looks like out of 41 i have 35-38 fertile. very excited about it!!
i have nothing bad to say about incubating in an LG. after the hatch tho.... cleaning it sucks!!! since its styrofoam. (sp?) im scared to push 2 hard to clean it and ive heard that they dont hold up.
