Hello guys so I have a little giant still air incubator 9300. I did my first batch and hatched 10 of 12 eggs I did notice the humidity was always off but now I tried to warm it up for a second batch and it doesn’t warm up like it should. I have it set to 102 like the first time. It reads 102 but by feel and by secondary themometer it’s not even close it’s more like 93.0 this is barely my second batch should this thing be going out this quick it’s new. Does anyone else have this problem?

I bought this incubator almost 2 years ago never used it until now most of my quail eggs have died the temp is very unsteady and horrible temp spikes right now I'm debating on buying the fan kit or just buying a hovabator on amazon I've read the reviews on the 9300 and they've nicked named it the little giant easy bake

I wouldn’t buy anything for this brand I would just save up the money and get a good brand I can’t even find costumer support for this

I had the same luck with mine. It was my first incubater I got it a couple years ago. First 2 batches were great. Then, I would be lucky if I got 2 to hatch out of 20! Numerous failed hatches and dead chicks! Always eggtopsied and had dead nicely developed chicks. After searching here...I found that heat spikes and temps are apparently a common issue. I plugged it in a few days ago because my purchased eggs are due today. I followed the directions here to test thermometer with ice water. It read up and down around 50 degrees! I put my finger on the ice thinking maybe, somehow it wasn't in well. THE DARN THING SHOCKED ME!! Never again will I trust one of these.

I have located a Hovabator at a store over an hour away...I am making the trip to get it and all it's accessories!
