Little Giant Still-Air Incubator-HELP Troubleshooting please

Im so frustrated this is my second batch hatching in my lil giant incubator and out of 15 eggs none hatched we even got the forced air fan kit and used the egg turner everything seemed fine until lockdown when i tried to increase the humidity and there was so much moisture in there the windows were covered in condensation u couldnt see through them yey it said it only had between 55-60% humidty ans im pretty sure they got shrink wrapped this time
