Here is the website I got it from, the 2nd one down is what I got R-com20 standard. Oh and I remember the reason we decided to go with this instead of the Brinsea, because the R-com comes with the humidity gage to put water in, the Brinsea sold it seperately which made is more expensive in the long run. http://www.poultrysupply.com/rcom20_50_incubators.php

what are you using for a thermometer? I thought mine was not holding temp until I used digitals and when I adjusted the temp I would let it sit for a few hours before looking at it again.

If you put water in it and then try to set it, it will be off, you need to set the temp with either no water, or you can set the temp with water but you need to let the water come up to temp before adjusting again.
