I have a pullet..just over a month and a half old...was injured 4 days ago...she needs care for a while to get her back to full strength and i just dont have the time to do it...its either a break or dislocation in the back area...she acts just like a normal pullet in every way except she cannot support herself..legs dont want to work...she has a very good chance of survival if she can get the care she needs...located in Elma WA

Are you sure this chicken doesn't have Marek's disease?

1..she was the size of my thumb when born...so she was very stunted...2...she was bit by a dog...sprained her leg and put her on bed rest for 3 weeks..shes fine now..born in a batch of 14..and on a farm with 43 other free range..no one else acted like her..so no mareks..thanks for asking though..people here told me about mareks so it was the first thing i checked for
