Agrees no wrapping. As long as he has an open wound I would NOT? let him be out with the chickens. They see if they may start pecking away at it. As long as he can see the others and he them that’s good and no need to wrap. He sound precious!
He’s no where near chickens..on the other side by his duck buddies..yes he can poop. He’s in the tractor so he can see everyone but they can’t hurt him or eat his special food..even a dab of goat feed..oats, black oil sun flower seeds, beet pulp, soybean meal with some pellets...it’s very tasty and super high protein high calcium higheverty...goats get only the best..little Lou likes so I mix it in wth his chickens layer pellets...just want him to eat and get energy and gain weight..yes he can poop. I left it up wrapped today to let it air out..but it rained..I had his tractor 1/2covered with a trap so he could still see but keep it dry...when I took him inside for bed...it was wet..I washed him up good and dried him good and decided it’s better to let air dry inside where nothing can get to it..I set my clock to check every three hrs if he needs it on...but,,Lou is the best. Thank goodness for asking..it’s kind of you to care..he appreciate it.As long as he has an open wound I wouldn't let him be out with the chickens.
