Little pink bug

Yesterday, when I picked up one of our Amber Whites, I notice a tiny pink or reddish bug crawling in and out of her feathers along her neck. I just brushed it off and went about my day. Today I picked up the same hen and there again was a little bug on her neck feathers. I grabbed the bug and put it in a jar to examine later. Anyone have ideas what they are?
