It looks like you are keeping your quail with chicken chicks..... Bad plan IMHO..... By the looks of the quail, standing around puffed up with their head down and eyes closed. Your birds are sick..... If they are not eating, and waste is dark, bloody, and runny, Id say coccidiosis. This is what they look like when infected... But in reality there it could be any one of a dozen aliments. Did you hatch the chickens or are they from somewhere else?

EDIT TO ADD: This is straight out of the Mercks manual ....

Game Birds

"The Chinese ringneck pheasant, the chukar partridge, and the bobwhite quail, extremely popular as game birds, are reared in large numbers under conditions similar to those of chickens. Losses in these birds from coccidiosis often exceed 50% of a flock. In pheasants, the common species are E phasiani,E colchici, E duodenalis, E tetartooimia, and E pacifica. Chukars are infected by two species: E kofoidi and E legionensis. Bobwhite quail are infected mainly by E lettyae, E dispersa, and E coloni. Treatment and control of these coccidia are similar to that in poultry; however, amprolium appears to be of little use. Monensin and salinomycin are the approved drugs for quail, and lasalocid and sulfadimethoxine/ormetoprim are the approved drugs for chukars."
I use Corrid myself, It is a powder used for cattle mostly. It is amprolium and seems to work for my chickens, chukar and quail. The Merck says amprolium is "of little use" with quail. But I have never had a out break in my quail and treat them as a prophylactic measure. I have had it run thru a young group of albino chukar and my losses were great before I could get a handle on it..... it seems to be more active in the rainy wet times. So I treat in spring and the fall as the seasons change. I also watch for bloody or dark brown or extremely off colored feces. This is a good indicator of trouble. Birds kept on the ground are more prone to outbreak but my chukar were in a wire pen so wire does not make them immune....

Like half of the little flock I hatched and most of the whites ones I bought them from the same guy I got the eggs from but there quails seem to be ok he has hundreds of these size as well from the flock I got the whites and only 3 are with the silkie chicks cz there small not all of them

How can I treat that coccidiosis thing is it contageouse can my 3 silkies catch it if so ,so I can remove the little quails with the others

The brooders are two big boxes with the heat lamp in one I have most of the quails and on the other I have 3 quails and 3 silkies there my first silkies and I don't want to give them anything that would make them sick or die

Don't mix chickens and quail, and both brooders need lights and you need a thermometer in there.

What is the temp in your brooder? What are you feeding them?I see it's a crumble, but is it a gamebird crumble?Yes you need to keep chickens and gamebirds separate.I would also get the grass out of there and replace it with pine shavings. The grass may be treated with something.
