Little runt in group of 20

We have a little lethargic chick who is noticeable smaller than the other 19, they are about a week old. It just sits and doesn't do much. We put it away from the others for a bit so it does not get crushed. And gave it its own water and food. It will eat and drink so i guess thats good! And other tips we can do?

Sorry to say the little one did not make it. We do have 19 happy and healthy little ones though!
