Little sores on the bottoms of their feet?

How do I get rid of it? Can it be gotten rid of?

Not necessarily. Sort of, but not one that is noticeable, more like a little dirt gets in the pad of their foot and starts an infection.

I would spray it with Veterycin to fight the infection.

It might, I don't really know about that one.

So are we in agreement that you do indeed have a case of Bumblefoot finally, if so there are plenty of sticky's that address this simple procedural cure if you care to look.
