Little to no growth after pox

I think I had fowl pox run through my flock a while back. Some had pustules on their combs and had slight drainage from nostrils and the worst one had bubbly eyes. The worst one has not grown at all since it’s run it’s course. She still gets along just fine. Acts like all my other chickens. But she is 4 months old and is the size of a one month old. Will she ever catch up? Lay eggs ?

She should eventually start growing, but may remain stunted.
