Little white bugs mites?

I was processing my roo today and noticed lil white bugs on him. Are they mites? Will dusting them with sevin dust get rid of them? Do I have to toss the eggs like when they are wormed?

These links will help you decide whether they are lice/mites, but it sounds like it. You'll need to treat the whole flock and the coop, then retreat in 10 days. I don't believe there would be any reason not to eat the eggs.
