Little white dots on inside of eggshell

This morning found a cluster of white dots on the inside of an eggshell. The actual egg itself looks fine. Any idea what this is? Almost ‘caviar’ looking.
Fairly fresh eggs, within the last 2 weeks for sure. Refrigerated. Unwashed. I have a rooster so fertile eggs. I did have a hen who was lethargic for a couple days a couple weeks ago (she is back to normal chicken activity now).
Any thoughts on feeding this cracked egg to the hens if I don’t eat it? Putting the shell in the compost? (I guess I’m thinking if this is a sign of a bug and if I don’t throw this away then be spreading it around ?)

Excess calcium deposits.....not bugs.
You can eat it(might be gritty if the bumps end up in the pen).
The hens can eat, the compost can eat it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply and alleviating my fears! Apologies I suck at keeping up with messages and the delay. After reading I see it might be related to excess calcium in their feed + free range eggshells. Thank you again, I am grateful for your time and help!

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply and sharing the other post! I see it might be related to excess calcium in the layer feed and free shell options... but you helped alleviate my anxiety that one of them was sick - hah! Thank you again!
