Hey Erin I did some research on crooked neck and I found that you can get Terramycin-343 from TSC and give 1/4-1/2 teaspoon per gallon for 7-10 days. I dont know if it will work for your chick but it worked for the person that I read it from. Its an Antibiotic. Good luck. I will keep searching. .............just let me copy and past it brb.

Darn it wont copy and paste I will copy some of it.... Oh good it worked here is part of it......................................................................................................................................................................................Ah, the evil Paratyphoid. This disease is all too common in pigeons, chickens, turkey, and other domestic birds. Paratyphoid itself in this form won't necessarily kill the bird, but the diarreah and inablilty to eat properly will. Paratyphoid is caused by Salmonela bacterium and comes in 4 forms. In your chicken's case, it has effected the brain causing it to hold its head in odd positions. Some birds recover more quickly than others, but the key is to catch it quick and treat it or else you could end up with a bird that seems as though it will never get better or die.
