Whoa, $40 for only 2000 meal worms?

I paid less than $40 for 5000 meal worms shipped. And mine have pupated and most are beetles now so my colony is growing.

It sounds like someone has a good deal going on with 2000 for $40.

Have you raised 20k or did you buy a bulk shipment? I was considering raising my own but don't know where to get a starter batch.

On ebay they are selling 1000 for $ 15 with free shipping, I'm not gonna compete with that especially since I would have to buy the shipping material needed. I can sell locally and make more. I will however entertain offers on the whole lot. I am located in the Rio Grande Valley area of Texas.
