live weight vs carcass weight

I am raising Rouen ducks for meat purposes. It seems most people ar looking for a 5 to 6lb dressed bird. What live weight should I be butchering at?
 
Not Rouens, but Pekins, 8 pounds at 8 weeks, dressed out a few ounces under 5 pounds.

It's possible that Metzer has some sort of a chart since they sell a lot of Pekin ducklings for the table trade. It's worth taking a look to see.
 
Thanks, I looked up Metzer's and I haven't found anything yet. There is a lot of information, links, etc on their site though and I havent finished going through it all yet. I will try for around 9 pounds live weight, based on your results unless I find something specific to Rouens.
