Live weight vs. processed weight question.

What percentage of weight do you lose with processing?

In other words, if a chicken weighs X pounds live, what will they weigh processed? (Rough numbers are fine)

About 2/3 seems about right in my (very limited) experience. I'd imagine a huge cornish cross will dress to more and a bony scrawny bird would be less, but for a ballpark, that will do.
