Livestock vaccine storage question

I need to give a CD&T booster to a young goat. I gave the first dose a few weeks ago and he's now due for the follow up.
I've had the bottle in the fridge these past few weeks, but noted that it says on the bottle "use entire contents when first opened." Do I really need to discard and buy a new bottle for a single booster?

Ignore what the label says. Just use sterile precautions when you use it and keep it in the fridge.

I forgot to mention this. What is important is the expiration date. Pay attention to that.
